We played important and crucial roles in the following cases;

- TMK purchased a local hotel, renovated and sold in a short period of time.(Fukuoka-shi)
- TMK purchased a land, built and sold a condominium apartment. The largest city-gas supply company in Kyushu made mezzanine investment, and local major financial institutions underwrote TMK bond. (Fukuoka-ken)
- TMK purchased a land, built and sold a condominium apartment in lots. Rated corporate bond (4,100 million yen) was published, and a nonrecourse loan (4,500 million yen) was disbursed. (Hiroshima-shi)
- TMK set 50 year-term leasehold interest on land of City and built public residences, and leased them to City as a package. The cash subsidy from City was used by TMK. The first case of this scheme. (Hiroshima-ken)
- SPC built a tenant building for 20 year-leasehold, utilizing leasehold interest of Ward of Ota. (Ota-ku).
- SPC purchased an office building of 30 years old and sold after renovation. (Fukuoka-shi)
- SPC purchased a vacant lot and built a tenant building and sold to a construction and development-type REIT (Fukuoka-shi)
- SPC purchased office building and sold to private offering fund. (Osaka-shi)
- Sale-leaseback transaction of two apartment buildings for school students. (Osaka-shi)
- SPC purchased a land with 20 year-term leasehold interest. (Hiroshima-shi).
